With the exception of school holidays we offer short breaks from Mondays and Fridays. Other days are possible on a late availability basis. Contact us for Short Breaks & Reduced Occupancy Rates.

The rates shown are for the property based on maximum occupancy. The rates are inclusive of:
​

• on-site parking for 2 cars parked one behind the other.
• wifi/gas/electric (but not EV charging) and during the cooler months central heating and use of the log burner.
• beds prepared and house towels.
• at busy times the changeover is a Friday but at other times, arrival can be on a Friday or a Monday.
• weekend breaks and mid-week breaks are 75% of the weekly rate.
• a travel cot & highchair are available free of charge, but cot linen is not supplied.
• reduced occupancy and late availability rates are often available on request.
• payment: on card via PayPal (booking deposit only), bank transfer and cheque.

"Stayed here for a week with my family and it ticked all boxes, twice! The garden area, while small was perfect for family bbq’s and a real sun trap in the early evening after a day exploring St Ives & the surrounding area. Parking was a real bonus and the house was amazing, having everything you could ask for. Clean, spacious with fantastic views of the sea. Would not hesitate to stay here again!"
