Whilst we advertise on various advertising sites including TripAdvisor/Holiday Lettings, VRBO and AirBnB, we welcome direct bookings. Direct bookings offer the best rate and no additional fees. The booking sites charge a fee payable by either the guest and/or the owner which is a percentage of the rental fee. The rate you will see via these sites will reflect this.
RESERVATIONS
Email to make a reservation or click on the week required on the availability table and complete the online form. Following a reservation, the booking becomes confirmed upon receipt of the booking deposit. We respond to all enquiries usually within a couple of hours and the availability is kept up to date.

The rates shown are for the property based on maximum occupancy. The rates are inclusive of:
CANCELLATION
Whilst our cancellation terms are strict, we understand that stuff happens. If you have to cancel, then we make every effort to re-let the week(s) and to date we have always been able to reimburse guests for cancelled holidays in a timely manner. We advise that all our guests have travel insurance in place.
PET POLICY
During the quieter months, late Autumn to early Spring when there no dog restrictions on the beaches, we may allow one small dog by prior approval to stay at the house. We do not market ourselves as pet friendly and a dog is only accepted on the strict understanding that it will be confined to the ground floor and is not permitted on the furniture. The dog should never be left unattended in the property, inside or out, and must be up to date with flea and worming treatment. No other pets are permitted.

PRICING
The rates shown are for the property based on maximum occupancy. The rates are inclusive of:
- on-site parking for 2 cars parked one behind the other.
- wifi/gas/electric (but not EV charging) and during the cooler months central heating and use of the log burner.
- beds prepared and house towels.
- at busy times the changeover is a Friday but at other times, arrival can be on a Friday or a Monday.
- weekend breaks and mid-week breaks are 75% of the weekly rate.
- a travel cot & highchair are available free of charge, but cot linen is not supplied.
- reduced occupancy and late availability rates are sometimes available on request.
- payment: on card via PayPal (booking deposit only), bank transfer and cheque.

"Stayed here for a week with my family and it ticked all boxes, twice! The garden area, while small was perfect for family bbq’s and a real sun trap in the early evening after a day exploring St Ives & the surrounding area. Parking was a real bonus and the house was amazing, having everything you could ask for. Clean, spacious with fantastic views of the sea. Would not hesitate to stay here again!" |
